Diversity brings in new ideas and experiences which cultivates new learning and growth within in our community, helping to bring equity to all. Bringing in different ideas and perspectives leads to better problem-solving, and cooperative solutions! Working in diverse teams opens dialogue and promotes creativity within our community!

The DEI crosswalk has been a part of NOTO since 2016 and is regularly repainted and revitalized.
