NOTO Business Improvement District
The NOTO Business Improvement District (BID) provides a source of support from NOTO businesses for basic maintenance, security, beautification, and marketing. The efforts for the NOTO BID were initiated at the request of NOTO businesses to fund basic services and enhancements that benefit the entire district. With significant input from NOTO businesses, a proposal was adopted and approved by the City of Topeka Governing Body and the NOTO BID commenced January 2023.
